We need raw materials to produce rolling belts, the raw materials purchased are cut by scissors and weighed, and separated based on weight, length, width, and thickness.
Then they are transferred by the staff into the furnace, to be heated and can change shape. Then it is directed to the production line by the furnace operator with the pliers tool.
In the next step, raw materials are loaded into the production line by employees. In fact, they are deformed by one or more rollers.
This process may sometimes be done several times to produce the desired belt.
In the next step, due to the high heat, the produced belts are placed on a steel bed to cool down, so that their temperature slowly decreases.
In the next step, due to the roughness of some parts of the belt, cuts are made with scissors to make it smooth. And then they put the belts in bundles based on size and weight.

The most important feature that can be mentioned about rolled iron belt compared to other belts is its low price.
And this reason is due to the low price of its raw materials and its easy process, compared to other belts such as fabric belts, trans belts, machine belts, etc.
